Calvary International Pentecostal Revival Church ( C.I.P.R.C ) was started on August 20th,2010 with 7 members.

We first convened at First Lutheran Church in Rock Island,IL . Three weeks later We moved to use Mr Noya’s basement and three months later, the Church shared a building with House of Fire Ministry ( which we later purchased ) at 519 13th Ave, Rock island, IL where is our current place of worship and home to our Church community.

The Church has now grown to up to 150 people ; Men,Women,and Children. Our members are natives from five different African Countries, namely : Burundi, Rwanda , Congo, Zambia ,and Tanzania. It is an International Congregation with up to four major languages used from time to time during our services. Swahili and English are the most prominent ones since many know Swahili and are learning English at a very rapid speed.

Our Church is a home of a lot of spiritual moving African numerous styles of praise and worship.

We have three main groups of choir : G.E.T.M ( Glorifying and Evangelizing Through Music ) Choir , Zion Choir , and Children’s ( watoto ) Choir. Rehearsals for G.E.T.M ,Zion , and Children’s Choir are conducted Saturdays and Sundays ( after Church services ) at different times during the day accordingly.
